Les Tournels Reception

Reception is on hand all year to provide you with further information about the campsite, the cottage ranges and pitches suited to the size of your camping equipment.

Opening hours 2025/2026:

  • 3 November to 4 January: 9 a.m.-6 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
  • 5 January to 2 April: 9 a.m.-7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturdays
  • 3 April to 21 June: 8 a.m.-8 p.m., 7 days a week.
  • 22 June to 6 September: 8 a.m.-9 p.m., 7 days a week.
  • 7 September to 1 November: 8 a.m.-8 p.m., 7 days a week.

Bookings
  • How can you book a stay?

    You can book your stay online on our website. This is quick, easy and secure with the benefit of seeing our availabilities in real time.
    When booking online, you can add details of your preferences (for example location) in the comments box. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to availability at the time of booking.

    You can also submit a booking request via e-mail (leaving your contact details for a callback) or even by telephone, contacting Reception on +33 (0)4 94 55 90 90.
    Central Reservations at the Yelloh! Village group can also advise you and take bookings on +33 (0)4 66 739 739.

    We highly recommend you book, particularly in the high season.

  • Can I change or cancel my booking?

    To change or cancel your booking, please contact Reception or Central Reservations at Yelloh! Village.

    Please note, in the event of cancellation your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Can I choose my holiday rental or pitch?

    At the time of booking, you can tell us your preferences (a spot in the upper or lower area of the campsite, type of mobile home etc.). We will try to find the location which best meets your request. However, we cannot 100% guarantee to do so, as this depends upon availabilities at the time of booking. We recommend booking early.

    Please note to choose a specific pitch number or mobile home, an additional charge applies (currently €40 as of 2025). The choice of a given pitch number is reserved for regular guests, familiar with the campsite.

  • When should I pay the balance for my booking?

    At the time of your booking request, we ask for a 25% deposit. You should pay this within 48 hours of booking. Unless this deposit is paid, your booking request will be cancelled.

    The outstanding balance due must be paid at least 30 days before your arrival.

Accommodation
  • Is there a minimum length of stay?

    In the low season, the minimum stay in 3- and 4-flower mobile homes is 2 nights, and 4 nights for Premium cottages.

    In the high season, 7 nights is the minimum stay for all holiday rentals.

  • Are there specific arrival and departure days?

    No. You can arrive and leave on any day of the week.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Holiday rentals are available from 5 p.m. with checkout before 10 a.m.

    However, you can arrive at the campsite before 5 p.m. In that event, check in at reception with your entire family. You’ll be given a wristband, enabling you access to the facilities (swimming pool, restaurant etc.), whilst waiting for your mobile home.

  • What should we do in the event of late arrival?

    if you arrive outside of reception opening hours, our Security staff will welcome you and take you to your accommodation.

    Please note between 11.30 p.m. and 6 a.m., vehicles cannot move around the campsite. During this time, we kindly ask you to park your car in the car park outside the campsite until the morning.

  • What is the maximum accommodation capacity?

    Our largest holiday rentals have 4 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people.

  • Is an inventory and check-in/check out inspection completed upon arrival and departure?

    No. There is no inventory and check-in/check out inspection upon arrival and departure from your accommodation.

    If upon arrival, you’re faced with an unforeseen eventuality (whether a housekeeping or technical issue), please tell reception. We are on hand to ensure your comfort.

  • Does the price include cleaning your accommodation?

    No. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the 3- and 4-flower mobile homes. End-of-stay cleaning is only included in the Premium cottages.

    You are responsible for cleaning your accommodation on a daily basis. When checking out upon handing back your keys, as a minimum you should have done the washing up, emptied the bins, cleaned the shower grate, left fridges and cupboards clean and swept the floors.
    Please note, if you do not wish to do end-of-stay cleaning yourself, we offer a cleaning package for €95. You can request this at reception.

  • Are sheets and towels provided?

    You’ll find pillows, duvets and mattress protectors in all the mobile homes.
    For the 4-flower accommodation (Riviera, Camarat, Mahoé, Calypso) and Premium cottages, sheets and towels are provided.

    In the 3-flower accommodation, sheets and towels are not provided. If you don’t wish to bring your own, you can request them at reception for €12 per set.

  • Do the mobile homes have baby equipment?

    Only the 4 flower mobile homes (Riviera, Camarat, Mahoé, Calypso) and the Premium cottages offer a baby kit (a cot with no mattress & high chair). This is free on request.
    For the 3-flower mobile homes, you can hire the baby kit from reception for €6 per day, up to a maximum of €42 for the entire stay.

  • Do the mobile homes have a parking space?

    All mobile homes have 1 allocated parking space nearby.
    Only some 3- and 4-bedroom Premium cottages have 2 parking spaces.

    If you bring more than one vehicle, your additional vehicle must be parked on the car park outside the campsite on payment of a daily supplement.

  • Do you have accommodation suitable for people with reduced mobility?

    The Hélios mobile homes are specially adapted for people with reduced mobility, and are reserved exclusively for their use.

    However please note that the entire campsite is only ‘partially adapted for guests with reduced mobility’ given its hillside location. Access ramps assist in avoiding steps, but there are still some steep paths.

  • Can we pitch a tent on a mobile home pitch?

    No. It is strictly forbidden to pitch a tent or set up any other type of mobile accommodation on a mobile home pitch.

  • Is the accommodation air-conditioned?

    All the mobile homes are air-conditioned apart from the Moréa rentals.

Pitches
  • Is there a minimum length of stay?

    No. For the pitches, there is no minimum length of stay.

  • Are there specific arrival and departure days?

    No. You can arrive and leave on any day of the week.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Pitches are available from 12 noon and departures take place before 12 noon.

    However, you can arrive at the campsite before 12 noon. If you do, check in at reception with your entire family. You’ll be given a wristband, enabling you to access the facilities (swimming pool, restaurant etc.), whilst waiting for your pitch.

  • What is the average pitch size?

    The pitches have an average surface area between 80 m² and 100 m². They are intended to accommodate up to 6 people & 1 vehicle. Our Reservations Team will select your pitch, according to the size of your equipment.

    The ‘Confort’ (Comfort) pitches have a 6-amp electrical hook-up. For an extra charge, you can have a 10-amp electrical hook-up on your pitch. We recommend bringing an extension lead.

    The ‘Grand Confort’ (fully serviced) pitches include a 6-amp electrical hook-up, along with connection to mains water and mains drainage.

  • What type of surface do the pitches have?

    Located in Provence, pitches generally have an earthy, calcareous (chalky) dry surface.

  • Are barbecues permitted on the pitches?

    Charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited on the campsite. Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed. You cannot hire barbecues on the campsite.

    Please note that our resort is set in a pine forest as well as a multitude of sensitive Mediterranean areas, so we ask our guests to be careful and mindful of the rules.

  • Can you hire fridges for the pitches?

    You can hire a small fridge during your stay, subject to availability. We recommend you request this at the time of booking, either by telephone on +33 (0)4 94 55 90 90 or by emailing .

Services and practical information
  • Can friends and family not staying on the campsite visit us?

    People not staying on-site can only visit you if the campsite occupancy rate at the time allows, and subject to the following conditions:
    – you request this at reception; and
    – if your request is accepted, your guests should report to reception with proof of ID. We will issue them with a ‘visitor’ wristband.
    Their visit is free if they do not use the water park, but there is a charge if they do go in the water park.

  • Please can I bring my pet?

    Pets are welcome on the campsite (except dogs in categories 1 and 2 – dangerous dogs). They can stay in your mobile home for a supplement.

    Please note animals must be kept on a lead across the entire campsite, and on the restaurant terrace. They are not accepted around the swimming pools and in the supermarket.

    Owners are responsible for their pets. As such, please bring suitable bags to clean up after your dog and help keep the campsite clean.

  • Does the campsite have Wi-Fi coverage?

    There is Wi-Fi coverage on the campsite. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop computer), you can connect to the ‘Les Tournels’ Wi-Fi for free.

    Attention! Internet speeds may be significantly slower during the high season in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, due to the high influx of tourists.

  • Are EV charging points available on the campsite?

    As of 2025, the campsite now has 10 EV charging points.

  • How many sanitary facilities are there on the campsite?

    6 sanitary facilities are available on the campsite. All the sanitary facilities have washing machines and tumble dryers. The vast majority also have a baby care area.

    Please note that one sanitary facility at the campsite entrance has a shower rose for dogs.

  • Does the campsite have a laundrette?

    All the sanitary facilities on the campsite have a laundry area with washing machines and tumble dryers.
    Payment is by debit card and laundry detergent is included in the wash programme.

  • Does the campsite provide sports equipment?

    Go to the Paillotte Info (tourist information point) where the receptionist there will lend you tennis rackets, mini golf clubs, basketballs and footballs etc.
You can even hire bikes for a cycle ride.

  • Does the campsite have a shuttle service to get to the beach?

    Every year, from the start of the season, it runs a tourist train (‘petit-train’) which does a loop several times a day; campsite – supermarket – Pampelonne Beach (Bonne Terrasse) – campsite.  The tourist train departs approximately every 45 minutes.

    This service is free.

  • Are there buses near the campsite?

    From May to the end of September, the 875 bus route connects the campsite with the village of Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez. The ‘Les Tournels’ bus stop is 500 metres from the campsite.

    In addition, a free shuttle bus run by Ramatuelle’s local authority enables you to reach L’Escalet Beach in the high season.

  • Are there shops on the campsite?

    On the campsite you’ll find a restaurant, snack bar and bar with ice-cream counter. Fresh bread and pastries are available at the bakery every morning.

    Only 500 metres away, you can also make the most of a large supermarket for shopping and a newsagent open seven days a week.

  • Can you book a stay including meals?

    You can opt for half-board during your stay. Enquire with reception as to our specific rates, either by email or telephone.

  • How can I book a table at the restaurant?

    To reduce waiting times, you must book your table at the restaurant, regardless of whether you are half board.

    To do so, either use the Yelloh! Village app (‘restaurant’ section), or the Les Tournels website (‘restaurant’ section), or book in person at the campsite restaurant.
    The restaurant does not take telephone bookings, except for groups in excess of 12 people.

  • Can I bring my pet to the restaurant?

    Animals are allowed at the restaurant, but only on the terrace and kept on a lead.

  • Does the campsite offer takeaway dishes?

    Go to the ‘Paillotte Salée’ snack bar, for a selection of takeaway dishes (burgers, salads etc.).
    At the restaurant, only pizzas are available for take away (pre-ordered).

Activities and entertainment
  • How often do activities take place?

    Our entertainment team offers daily activities throughout the entire season. There are activities for all the family, adults and children.

  • Does the campsite offer kids clubs?

    At certain times of the morning and afternoon, children aged 3-17 can take part in kids clubs. These are free but registration is required.

    Run and supervised by activity leaders, the kids clubs are split into different age groups: ‘Baby’ aged 3-6, ‘Mini’ 7-12 and ‘Teens’ 13-17.
    In the high season, there is occasionally one extra group, with age ranges as follows: aged 3-5, 6-8, 9-12 and 13-17.

  • Does the campsite have children’s playgrounds?

    There are several playgrounds on the campsite, so your children can have fun at all times. For the very young, the swimming pool also offers a paddling pool with aqua play zone and slides suitable for them.

  • Does the campsite have sports facilities?

    The campsite has various outdoor sports facilities with free access.

The campsite does not have an indoor gym. Fitness facilities are available exclusively within the Spa.

  • How can I take part in the activities?

    We display the activity schedule every week, on the campsite notice boards. The vast majority are free and open to all.
    Some activities require registration, as they have a limited number of places (for example cooking workshops).

    For such registration, we recommend downloading the Yelloh! Village app on your smartphone. This means you can easily register without needing to contact us, view the activity schedule anywhere, and be notified of any cancellations or changes.

Swimming
  • Is the water park open all season?

    The outdoor water park is open all season from 10 a.m. and is free to use.

  • Is the outdoor water park heated?

    The outdoor water park is heated throughout the entire season. However, as with all outdoor swimming pools, the water temperature varies with the weather. The water temperature can quickly rise during warm weather, and invariably cool down during periods of low temperature, winds (including the Mistral) or rain.

    In addition, the period most conducive to swimming on the Côte d’Azur is between June and September.

  • What swimwear is allowed in the water park?

    We allow men’s swimming shorts in the outdoor water park.

    Attention! In the Spa area, only swimming trunks are accepted.

    For hygiene reasons, no fabric or cotton clothing is permitted. To ensure protection from the sun/UV rays, only specific clothing with specially designed fibres for swimming (long or short) is allowed.

  • Is swimming supervised by lifeguards?

    IN RESPECT OF CHILDREN’S SWIMMING, PARENTS TAKE FULL RESPONSIBIITY FOR THEIR CHILDREN.

  • Does the campsite have an indoor swimming pool?

    No. The Les Tournels campsite does not have an indoor swimming pool.

  • What is the difference between the water park and Spa?

    The 4,000 m2 water park comprises a complex of outdoor swimming pools, open to everyone with free access. It includes a swimming pool, lagoon, lazy river, water slides and paddling pool. Sunbeds and landscaped greenery surround the swimming pools.

    The 1000 m2 Spa complex is a haven of relaxation, exclusively reserved for those aged 18 and over. Access is subject to conditions. For men, only swimming trunks are allowed.

  • Can we picnic in the water park?

    Food and drink are strictly prohibited in the water park near the swimming pools.

    The green space, dubbed the ‘green beach’ is on-hand for picnics.

  • Are pets allowed in the water park?

    No. No pets are allowed near the swimming pools.

Les Tournels campsite:

By car

Use your GPS or a navigation app to plan your journey to our resort (see the address above). The campsite can be easily reached by car, and is around 10 minutes from Saint-Tropez.

By train

  1. Take the train to the closest station to Ramatuelle, Saint-Raphaël Valescure, near Fréjus. Les Arcs-Draguignan is the next nearest station. Check timetables and departure boards for live info.
  2. Then take a taxi from the station. The campsite is around 42 kilometres from Saint-Raphaël. As the stations in the environs are small, we advise you book a taxi or other means of transport in advance.

By air

  1. You can book a flight to Toulon-Hyères Airport (TLN), located around 60 kilometres from the campsite. You can hire a car, if the given rental desk is open when you arrive.
  2. Coming from here, you must cross the winding yet magnificent Forêt du Dom forest on a section of road (from La Verrerie to La Môle) to reach the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

  1. You can also book a flight to the Nice Côte d’Azur international Airport (NCE), 110 kilometres from the campsite.
  2. More flexible car hire is on offer here, to accommodate your flight times, with access to the campsite easier (via a section of the A8 motorway).
