"The overall experience was unfortunately very disappointing. When we arrived, the bungalow was in poor condition — it was dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. After raising this with reception, the unit was cleaned, but several areas in the kitchen remained unclean. In addition, the kitchen drainage was blocked. Despite reporting this to reception, nobody came to fix it, and I ultimately had to resolve it myself.The air conditioning unit was also leaking and not functioning properly, which forced us to place a bucket underneath to avoid water accumulating on the floor.When I complained about these issues, the receptionist assured me that we would receive a refund if we decided to leave early. However, when we attempted to check out four days earlier than planned, we were told the manager would need to handle this matter. When I finally got hold of the manager, she became unnecessarily rude, which left us extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.It is important to note that aside from this, the other staff — drivers, bar staff, lifeguards, and non manager receptionists — were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not meet basic expectations of cleanliness, functionality, or service. It was not at all what we had imagined, and I would not recommend it."
