"The location is great! The animators very nice. We also liked the pool area and the evening shows.We were not very happy with the mobile home (FA45), because of its location directly at the street with very little privacy and no green area around it. I was also missing sport activities in the morning. And please consider adding some signs for better orientation at the camp side.Overall we were happy with the stay.Pitty that it was not possible to see the premium houses. On other campings I really appreciated the possibility to visit different types of accommodations, when onsite."

"Always good with Yelloh campsites, but this time we had an unpleasant situation with the pool staff. I think you need to put more effort into the people you hire to work with the public. The woman in the blue t-shirt, apparently responsible for supervising the pool, isn't qualified to work with the public. Very unpleasant. She made us feel terrible and felt like she was making fun of us."

"We like it very much and come again. What we dont like so much was the food. I can only recommend including pictures on the menu, since you order one thing and get something else. I ordered a steak and got a minced burger patty. Everywhere in the world, a steak is a piece of beef. Not where you are. And for breakfast, there are only sweets. Not everyone eats sweets."

"Fantastic campsite, the premium accommodation was superb with all the things we could need for our stay. We liked the supermarket on site which had some lovely food on offer. Enjoyed the pony rides and Dotto train was useful. All staff friendly and helpful. Our only criticism would be the pools were a little too cold and it made it unenjoyable at times to be in there with the kids. Overall would highly recommend Les Tournels."

"Sehr gepflegter Campingplatz mit vielen Pluspunkten für Familien: tolle Poollandschaft (auch mit Liegewiese!), kleiner Bus der über den Platz fährt (mit einem unglaublich gut gelaunten Fahrer), Bimmelbahn zum Strand, kleiner Bauernhof mit Ponyreiten, großer Spielplatz etc. Egal was man hier macht: die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und die Atmosphäre ist gut!"

"Maybe it was the time of the year(Highseason August),but there was not one calm evening. Music from the shows till 23h,Music from clubs nearby till 2h,noisy neighbours-drinking,smoking,shouting till 3h...Groups of 10 or more people on one camping pitch,or 20 as neighbours on two pitches,we sometimes felt like "en colonie de vacances".Concerning the Restaurant/Stage area:Trappy holes,we twice helped elderly women which felt.The whole area needs a fresh-up,some seats and desks are broken or dirty,as well as some spots round the restaurant.Not suitable for a five star Camping.But: Sanitarys were clean and fine everytime,thanks to the professional cleaning crew.Most of the employees have been kind and friendly.Pool overcrowded from 10hto 20h,"

Waarschijnlijk nu nog altijd ?Douchen zijn ontregeld ? Dan wel water en dan geen water ?Duur park ! Als lid heb ik zeer veel punten staan en in dit park kan ik ze niet inbrengen ..."

"We had a lovely holiday. Because we prefer a spot with plenty of shade, we booked early and reserved a place based on advice. Upon arrival, it turned out to be a spot in full sun. It would have been nice if, especially when it's indicated that this is important, the request had actually been fulfilled. is also stated that it should be quiet on the campsite by 11:30 PM. That’s why it’s strange that the campsite’s own entertainment often continues beyond that time."

"The overall experience was unfortunately very disappointing. When we arrived, the bungalow was in poor condition — it was dirty and had a strong unpleasant smell. After raising this with reception, the unit was cleaned, but several areas in the kitchen remained unclean. In addition, the kitchen drainage was blocked. Despite reporting this to reception, nobody came to fix it, and I ultimately had to resolve it myself.The air conditioning unit was also leaking and not functioning properly, which forced us to place a bucket underneath to avoid water accumulating on the floor.When I complained about these issues, the receptionist assured me that we would receive a refund if we decided to leave early. However, when we attempted to check out four days earlier than planned, we were told the manager would need to handle this matter. When I finally got hold of the manager, she became unnecessarily rude, which left us extremely disappointed and uncomfortable.It is important to note that aside from this, the other staff — drivers, bar staff, lifeguards, and non manager receptionists — were very friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, the accommodation itself did not meet basic expectations of cleanliness, functionality, or service. It was not at all what we had imagined, and I would not recommend it."

"We have been coming to Tournels for many years and are recent stay was one of the best. We noticed a more relaxed atmosphere due to the entertainment not being so loud and full on, the improvement to the landscaping and organisation on arrival and the restaurant food being excellent. The whole holiday felt much more 5 star than previous visits and the local shop although expensive is utterly amazing ! The train service to more beaches was brilliant too."

"Extremely tight for a motorhome. Put right at the top .impossible to get to facilities as its far too hilly .low hanging trees .dreadful pitches .rude germans . We love Yelloh Village but we are also.aware that they can be much better .this not a good yelloh village €110 euros per night .the showers are dated and the washing machines insufficient and broken ..only 1 dryer ..ridiculous. hundreds of people with children and no washing facilities to speak of .No i would not recommend or return."

"- Very disappointing stay of 9 days at Les Tournels and would not recommend Les Tournels during peak summer season (July/August) as it is REALLY REALLY too crowded for the park and facilities to handle.- Booked a 4 star Camarat house (Premium houses were not available anymore unfortunately) which was fine but the location of the house in the park was VERY VERY poor with absolutely no view whilst being located high on the hill. All locations are too closely located from each other and feels like the village tried to optimize every m2 to put as many houses, caravans and tents on the village.- The waterpark/swimming pool and general facilities are too small to accommodate all the people who reside on the park. If you end up 15 minutes after opening of the waterpark all sunbeds are already occupied and need to sit on the concrete floor. Even worse... because of this... the campings guest line up for opening and put down a towel on a sunbed to reserve the sunbed and subsequently leave it unattended for the entire morning. Waterpark is a lot less nice then pictures online on the website.- No Nespresso coffee machine in the house (also not available for rent at an additional cost).- Park feels like a maze and has no clear wayfinding as you would expect with comparable campings.- Bar and restaurant are of poor quality"

"Wie immer war es super. Die Kinderanimation ist sehr hochwertig und gut organisiert. Wir haben schon andere 5 Sterne Yelloh Plätze ausprobiert, aber hier ist es für uns als Familie mit 4 Kindern von 4- 16 am schönsten. Herrliche Stellplätze mit Schatten und trotz der Größe des Platzes bei uns in der Ecke sehr ruhig. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal."

"Im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr waren wir enttäuscht. Der Bungalow den wir im letzten Jahr hatte war ca. 800 € teurer als in diesem Jahr und so entschieden wir uns, die etwas kleinere Variante zu nehmen. Mit was diese Verteuerung gerechtfertigt ist, erschloss sich uns nicht. Das Restaurant, in dem wir im vergangenen Jahr noch gerne gegessen haben, war ein Schatten seiner selbst und wir haben dort auch selten Leute etwas essen sehen, genauso das Essensangebot am Pool. Zudem wurde im vergangenen Jahr, ohne das man Fragen musste, die Tour de France auf der Leinwand gezeigt, in diesem Jahr musste man 3 mal fragen, um es dann an der Pooltheke auf einem kleinen TV zu sehen, wo immer wieder Leute davorstanden, was vor der Leinwand nicht der Fall gewesen wäre. Die Liegewiese wurde einmal gemäht, im vergangenen Jahr war diese immer gepflegt und es stand nie hohe Gras oder Pflanzen drauf, so dass man ungestört dort liegen konnte. Das W-Lan funktionierte auch nur sehr eingeschränkt und wenn man drin war wurde angezeigt "ohne Internet verbunden". So nicht zu gebrauchen. Alles in allem waren wir in diesem Jahr leider enttäuscht, da wir es besser aus dem letzten Jahr kannten."

I was disappointed with the change in menu at Le Jardin des Pines and the loss of the themed nights such as the moules night and the barbecue night is a real shame. "Stay was great except for the meals in the restaurant : half board had little choice and even more limited with garlic allergy - big contrast with the quality of food and the options in half board the last 2 years we visited your resort too). Staff in the resort was very friendly (as ws appreciated als in our former status) except for the 2 resposible people at the terrace in the restaurant (a blond, bit older woman with blond hair and a tall man with not too much hair - these were very rude and not friendly at all, very “Les Tournels” unworthy !). Very disappointed on the restaurant level (choice, quality of the served food and staff there) and big contrast with the 2 years before."

"Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Kritik haben wir für den Pool Bereich. Obwohl extra geschrieben, werden schon morgens für den ganzen Tag Liegen reserviert, oft kommen die Gäste erst am Nachmittag zu ihrer Liege. Wenn wann man dann eine Liege sucht gibt es keine. Das Personal unternimmt gar nichts, das ist schlimm. Aber wenn man einen Hocker mit auf dem Rasen nimmt, wird man sofort angesprochen. Das geht nicht. Das Personal sollte sich um die liegen kümmern, die den ganzen Tag reserviert sind."

"We have been to Les Tournels on 5 or 6 occasions over the last 30 years and has had some brilliant holidays.This year unfortunately not so. We normally book pitch AR07. When we arrived at the site, the area around the entrance was like a building site with works running approx 3 weeks behind schedule. This resulted in excessive noise early in the morning and during the day with lorries etc and journeys past our pitch to the top of the site.The arrangement of the traffic within the site has been changed to a one way system with everything passing our pitch to leave the site. Pedestrians also now pass close to AR07 where they did not previously. We endured this for 2 days and nights before complaining and we relocated to a new pitch away from the noise to pitch RO13 which meant losing a morning of our holiday packing up and re pitching our tent.I would have expected to be informed before arriving of these changes impacting our pitch and to expect construction noise close to our pitch to at least give us the opportunity to move to another pitch or cancel.This really did take the edge off our holiday"

"Unfortunately, claim and reality do not match. I expect above-average quality in all areas from a 5-star resort with a 5-star price level. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities did not meet this expectation. The showers and toilets are kept very simple and the cleanliness is only given early in the morning directly after the daily cleaning. A great pity. The resort is otherwise very nice and really offers a lot of variety."

"Heerlijk genieten!! Gelukkig rijd er ook treintje rond voor de camping zelf en strand. Anders was het af en toe pittig geweest. Je heb ook hele leuke dingen in de buurt zoals de wijngaard met Foodtruck, en restaurant Le Will (heerlijke gerechten) en leuke strandtentjes.Zeker aan te raden om hier naar toe te gaan!"

"I enjoyed my stay , staff were excellent pitch ok had a few issues 1 not enough sun bed around pool at weekends no were to sunbath had to pay for sun beds with cushions advised member of staff who didn’t seem to concerned paying over 100 euros for my stay which I didn’t expect (were do all the people come from at weekends ?) 2 Definitely need groceries shop on site especially size of site supermarket was a lot of hassle to get to but nice .. 3 building work in car park next to pool noisy was a pain on certain days not as relaxed as I thought I would be ?"

"Fantastic. We found all of the staff on site to be extremely pleasant and helpful. The lady at reception on arrival was very welcoming. A young girl in reception during the week helped my 4 year old by removing a thorn in his foot, she was very kind and caring. The girl doing the exercise classes was fantastic, considering the heat, her energy was amazing. Even though we don't have French everyone on site was helpful in their responses to us. The campsite is beautiful and kept so well. The accommodation is comfortable and clean. I would happily recommend this campsite and consider returning again."

Die ersten 3 Male waren super, aber diesmal war es durch die Baustelle unerträglich, so dass wir 2 Tage früher abgereist sind.Jeden Morgen gegen 07:00 sind die ganzen Baufahrzeuge an unserem Stellplatz vorbei gerast. Die Kinder konnte man gar nicht aus den Augen lassen und die Geräuschkulisse war unerträglich. So macht Urlaub keinen Spaß."

"We have stayed at this site many times in the last 15 years and have seen it grow over the years. This year however we were disappointed by the amount of building work being undertaken during our stay. On arrival we were shown to our cabin and told the road we were on was one way, However after a couple of days the road was closed off at the top due to building work so was no longer one way and we had to try to turn the car around at the top of the hill which was sometimes tricky with other cars parked there. It was very noisy by the lazy river with building work continually developing the car park. It did feel like we were staying on a building site at times which was sad as we have never experienced this before at Les Tournels. I hope that on our next visit all the work will be completed and we will have a more relaxing stay. The facilities as always were excellent and the grounds and pool areas are so well kept. We will certainly return."

"Generally, a very positive experience..lovely surroundings, very pleasant staff and clean facilities.Our only complaint was that there were not bins/recycling available around the site - only outside the entrance. As we were located well up the hill, it was a very long way to walk down and back up in the heat. It also would be helpful to have bins closer to put dog waste in."

"Een prachtig gelegen camping op de heuvels van Ramatuelle, omringd door wijngaarden. De camping is ruim opgezet en biedt tal van voorzieningen: meerdere zwembaden, een wellnesscentrum, een kleine supermarkt om de hoek, diverse restaurants en een treintje dat elke 45 minuten pendelt tussen het strand en de supermarkt.Hoewel wij geen mover op onze caravan hebben, was dat geen enkel probleem. Het personeel stond direct klaar om ons te helpen met het plaatsen van de caravan – een attente en prettige service.Tijdens ons verblijf werd er flink gebouwd aan nieuwe parkeerplaatsen. Helaas ging dit gepaard met dagelijks zwaar bouwverkeer, al vanaf 7 uur ’s ochtends tot in de avond. Dit verstoorde de rust op de camping aanzienlijk.De ervaring in het campingrestaurant viel helaas tegen. Ondanks dat we gereserveerd hadden, stonden we niet op de lijst. De ontvangst was allesbehalve gastvrij en de bediening leek vooral met zichzelf bezig. Erg jammer en voor ons reden genoeg om het restaurant in de toekomst te mijden.Het strand van Pampelonne werd dagelijks schoongemaakt, maar op sommige dagen lag het alsnog vol met bladeren en aanspoelsels, wat de strandbeleving wat minder maakte."

"This campsite has clearly seen better days. Everything feels very worn, outdated, and heavily used – especially the cottages.Although we booked a 4-star cottage, it did not deserve that rating in any way. The condition of the accommodation was poor, with many defects, missing items, and a general lack of quality. Here are some of the most critical issues:Cupboard doors didn’t close properlyThe bed was broken (the slatted frame collapsed at the foot end)Kitchen equipment was extremely basic and cheapMany essential kitchen utensils were missingTiny, shaky toilets that didn’t feel safeThe rooms were so small, it was nearly impossible to stand up or move around the bedThe pergola on the terrace was unstable and on the verge of collapsingA tiny shower with a broken doorThe roller shutter cover in the kids’ room fell offKnives were completely bluntThe drinking glasses were scratched, cloudy, and so unappealing we didn’t want to use themNo proper drinking glasses – only tiny wine glassesThe Wi-Fi connection throughout the campsite was extremely poor – barely any reception at allWe experienced multiple power outages – both during the day and at nightThe campsite itself is also clearly outdated. Everything looked old, grey, and neglected – it was obvious that no real investment had been made in a long time.Prices on-site were ridiculously high!A simple meal for three people easily exceeded €100 – and that wasn’t even for anything special.It’s very clear that profit takes priority over guest experience here.At best, this place deserves 3 stars – absolutely no more."

"Wer sich hier langweilt, ist selber schuld. Schönem, schattigen Stellplatz und dank Terassen mit privatem Gefühl, Animation für jedes Alter, leckeres Essen und die Pool - Area ist unglaublich. "Ein toller Platz, hauptsächlich für Familien mit Kindern. Einen Punkt ziehe ich ab weil man morgens einfach zu lange anstehen muss um Baguette zu bekommen und weil der Shuttle Zug teilweise nicht für alle Personen ausreicht. Die Poolanlage ist super, aber auch immer ein Rängen um die Liegen. Sehr freundliches Personal!"

"Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub im Camp. Die Baustelle am Eingang ist zu 95% fertig und ich bin auf die neue Rezeption gespannt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend ... Immer gute Laune. Die Animation bietet für jeden etwas und ist nicht zu laut oder störend. Der Pool und die Sanitäranlagen sind piko bello sauber. Drei Punkte zur Optimierung:- Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht ganz auf continental Standard und könnte etwas reichhaltiger und frischer sein.- Der Weg zum Strand könnte etwas barrierefreier sein. Dann könnten auch kleinere Kinder mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand fahren.- Der Mehltau von den Zypressen hat das Auto ganzschön verklebt. Eine Car-Wash-Box wäre ein Traum.Danke für den tollen Urlaub! Wir kommen wiede."

"Bei 5 Nächten darf es bei einem 5 Sterne Platz nicht vorkommen, dass zweimal die Toilettenspülung nicht funktioniert, die Beschriftung der Türen im Waschhaus wäre wünschenswert, damit man erkennt hinter welcher Tür eine Dusche oder eine Toilette ist. Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig, müsste mehrmals kontrolliert werden, Toilettenpapier öfter leer gewesen. Wartezeit von 30 Minuten beim Bäcker, obwohl ich schon vor 8 Uhr da war, ein no Go. Zwei Bier und ein aperol für 27 Euro ist zu teuer. Unser Stellplatz GG 05 war herrlich mit toller Fernsicht"

"Amazing place for the whole family, the overall experience was great, the waterpark was fantastic and the food in the snack bar was delicious. Also the sanitary area was very clean. The staff working in the reception were really kind and they gave us good instructions. We also had a small but useful water fountain and electricity by our car. The only downside was, that the slides in the waterpark were pretty small and slow and we had to wait for about 30 minutes in the bakery. Otherwise, it was definitely a 5-star experience and I would definitely come again."

"The campsite overall is good but the pool gets overcrowded as it does not seem to have the capacity at peak times to accommodate the numbers staying - many who wanted them could not find sunbeds. The food in the restaurant is great but the choice on the menu is unfortunately limited. The dine and wine paring activity was great with Sonia and Axel but was spoilt by the excessively loud background music from the stage. Independent tours by Sonia must be amazing. There is no need for the volume of music etc to be so loud that it can be heard all across the site. We had an issue with the electrical cable for our Campervan crossing a shared tarmac access to 4 pitches (we were on pitch AR43) - we reported our concerns via e-mail to reception about this being a trip hazard and risking damage to the cable but despite being advised by reception that a technician would look into it nothing happened even after checking to see what they would do. It needed a temporary cable cover but none was provided. We would return but that would be at less busy times and would recommend Luther’s consider this approach."

Only negatives this time was the construction work that we weren’t told about, and the very loud music being played too late on our last night. Not suitable for a family site we felt."

"We stayed in a motorhome. Very poor facilities for emptying toilet cassette. Just 1 for the whole big campsite! Plus you needed to pay extra for it. Not acceptable. Also our pitch overlooked the staff quarters, so after their evening shift we had alot of noise late in the night. Not fair on the paying customers, but the staff need somewhere to unwind too. It felt like the campsite had squeezed pitches in wherever they could."

"Spent 3 nights here in mid September at €33 pn which was good value considering the facilities, free train, nightly entertainment and events throughout the day, pool etc. Our pitch had a lovely view over the vinyards and the beach however it was about as far away from the reception and facilities as you could get and up a hill. If we were to return we would insist on a pitch near the lower toilets and reception area. Beach was OK but lots of seaweed piled up at the waters edge but if you pick your spot its nice to swim in. Bar / Restaurant at the beach. Good cycling in the area to local vinyards, St Tropez and Ramatuelle which is worth a visit to its quaint narrow streets."

"Pools were good. Site was very hilly. Shop too far from site Far too much noise. Impacted our sleep - so have come home from holiday tired. Not good!"
