"Staff overall very helpful , there's always 1 who lets the team down, had many problems with the disabled key, they just didn't understand the issues , once sorted then great but it took far to long, 1 night I couldn't use the showers at all, THAT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH"

"First impressions were great, super efficient check in, we could access our property as soon as we arrived (which was early) The property was clean, with a cute surf/beach design and the most amazing view of the sea. So much to do on site, and it was beautifully kept. We will return!"

"Very enjoyable and well maintained place, good service. Lot of things to do with children, super nice pool area and bar + snacks as well. Also hosts a spa facility, but we did not visit it. Spar grocery store close by. + Tesla Destination charger :-) We had a bit noicy place, located near by the road, where the traffic woke us early in the morning. Also noice over some other bar/restaurant reach us until 1-2 AM during weekend. If it would be more quite place, would have given 10."

"Spędziliśmy na tym kempingu 10 dni i gorąco polecam to miejsce. Kemping jest przestronny z dużymi parcelami czy, to na namiot czy kampera. Blisko sklep bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony (możliwość transportu z kempingu), bliskość morza (również możliwość transportu jeśli się komuś nie chce przejść piechotką około 20 min.) z pięknymi plażami Lazurowego Wybrzeża, baseny ze zjeżdżalniami, restauracje. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Na miejscu bardzo wiele się dzieje, animacje dla dzieci, różne zabawy, ciekawy program artystyczny, a o tym wszystkim można się dowiedzieć z aplikacji na telefonie. W przyszłym roku również skorzystamy z Yelloh! Village."

"This is about the 10th time we have visited and, obviously we enjoy it or we would not keep coming back. It was a little disconcerting to arrive to find that the entrance area was as building site, and it would have been beneficial to have been told this in advance. Also, it would have been great to be able to see what was being built and how it will change things for next year."

"Campus was a building site top and bottom. 1km walk to déchéterie. There was no on-site supermarket as advertised. My daughter was forced to make a second payment as funds "pending" in paypal. Still not annulled. Very annoyed about this."

"I payed for 2 cats as if they were dogs, so I thought I would be able to let them out on there leads??? But no!! There were people all around us with there dogs off leads. So I feel I payed for something I could not use, other sites we stayed at were fine , seeing we were with you for 2 weeks I feel I was ripped off for paying for them, If I ever came back I WOULD NEVER tell you I was bringing my cats. I feel you were very greedy in changing us"

"The park and pools were lovely but the accommodation was not clean, dirty toilet and sinks, floors and kitchen. Also only one restaurant for such a large park so not much choice or variety to eat out if you didn’t want to cook, and the shop wasn’t within walking distance."

"We had a fantastic time and we are pretty sure we are coming back! Very professional and friendly staff, fantastic animation program for kids, dogs allowed everywhere (the main reason we came) - we loved it all. Maybe apart from the fact that the wine tasting tour was fully booked already on our arrival day and we couldn't take part - we were really looking forward to it. We were willing to pay to participate, but we were told no wine tasting tours were available at all (both free tours fully booked and no option to pay for one). But apart from this point, everything was great."

"Our overall experience was nice. The cottage and its Terrasse was very good. We were missing a few basics which would be nice to add to the equipment of the house such as a scissor, soap and dishwashing liquid so that you don't need to buy them and throw half of it away at the end of your stay. The campground overall was very nice and had a lot of options for everyone. We enjoyed especially the pool area, the playground and playing tennis. What wasn't great for us personally was the animation in the late evening because it was simply too loud where we stayed. I understand that animation in the evenings is enjoyed by some people so I would advise to assess the sound traveling up the campground. Maybe some shielding sheets around the entertainment area would be a solution that works for everyone. But overall we had a nice stay in Les Tournels."

"We absolutely loved our time at Les Tournels. The service, the people, the variety of activities, the pools and restaurants were all fantastic! We loved the bread service in the mornings and the entertainment at night. Plus the wine from Les Tournels is outstanding and we purchased some Rose to take home. Les Tournels was a recommendation from some Australia travellers and we are so pleased that we went. Visit the gorgeous small beaches in the area - the clearest water I have ever swam in. Also, the bus from the grocery store to St Tropez is so convenient."
