What is the size of the pitches?

The pitches have a surface area of ​​between 80 and 100 m² on average. They are designed to accommodate up to 6 people + 1 vehicle. They all have a 6 amp electrical connection.


Please note: water and connection to mains drainage at extra cost. Our reservations team chooses your pitch based on your criteria and the size of your trailer/tent.

Are barbecues allowed on the pitches?

Charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the campsite. Only gas or electric barbecues are allowed. Please note, the campsite does not rent barbecues.


Please note: as the campsite is located in a pine forest and in a sensitive Mediterranean area, we thank our kind customers for being vigilant and respectful of the regulations.

Can we rent fridges for the trailer/tent pitches?

You can rent a small refrigerator during your stay, depending on availability. The 2024 rate is €8.50/day. We recommend to make your request when making your reservation, by telephone on +33 (0)4 94 55 90 90 or by email at info@tournels.com

How many sanitary blocks are on the campsite?

7 toilet blocks are at your disposal in the campsite, with access for people with reduced mobility. The majority also have a nursery space.


Please note: a toilet block, located at the entrance of the campsite, has a shower for dogs.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

When booking, you can tell us your preferences (place on the heights or at the entrance, type of mobile homes, near or far from the swimming pool, etc.). We try to find you the geographical area that best meets your request. However, we cannot guarantee that your wishes will be fulfilled as this depends on availability at the time of booking.


Please note: to choose a specific pitch or mobile home number, additional costs are applied (€40 in 2024).

Is linen provided in the mobile homes?

You will find pillows, duvets and mattress protectors in all mobile homes.


Please note: for “four flowers” ​​accommodation (Riviera, Camarat, Mahoé, Calypso) and Premium, sheets and towels are provided. For “three flowers” ​​accommodation, sheets are extra for €12/set.

Are the mobile homes equipped with a kitchen?

All mobile homes have a kitchen equipped with hotplates, microwave, fridge-freezer, and crockery for the number of people expected in the accommodation.


Please note: the “four flowers” ​​accommodation (Riviera, Camarat, Mahoé, Calypso) and the Premium accommodations have extra equipment: a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle.

Do the mobil homes have some equipment for babies?

Only the “four flowers” ​​mobile homes (Riviera, Camarat, Mahoé, Calypso) and the Premium have a baby kit (baby bed without mattress + high chair).


Please note: For other rentals, the baby kit can be rented at the reception for €6/day, capped at €42 for the entire stay.

Is the accommodation air-conditioned?

All mobile homes are air-conditioned EXCEPT the Moréa.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included in the rental price?

No, cleaning of the “three or four flowers” ​​mobile homes at the end of the stay is not included. End of stay cleaning is only included for the Premium cottages.


On a daily basis, you are responsible for cleaning your rental.


Please note: If you do not want to do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, we offer a package for €95. You can request one at reception.

Do mobile homes have a Wi-Fi connection?

A free Wi-Fi network covers the campsite. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), simply connect to the “Les Tournels” network.

Is it possible to pitch a tent on mobil home pitch?

No.

How often are the activities at the campsite?

We offer daily activities, both during the day and in the evening. The activities are for adults and children (mini club from 3 years old).

Does the campsite have playgrounds for children?

Several play areas are set up in the campsite so that your children have fun in all circumstances. For the toddlers, the swimming pool also offers a paddling pool with water games and adapted slides.

Do you accept animals on the campsite?

Your pet can stay with you in your mobile home for an extra charge of €6/night.


Please note: animals must be kept on a leash in the campsite and on the restaurant terrace. They are not accepted around swimming pools and in the supermarket.

Is there sports equipment available on the campsite?

Go to La Paillotte (“The Straw Hut”) where our activity team will lend you for free tennis rackets, crazy-golf clubs, basket balls, footballs or other sports equipment.


Also, you can rent bicycles to go for a ride.

Does the campsite have a launderette?

Yes, there is a laundry area including washing machines and dryers. Prices: washing machine €6 / dryer €3.50.

From what age can my child participate in clubs?

The campsite offers 4 free children’s clubs divided according to ages (from 3 to 17 years old).

Does the campsite have a shuttle to get to the closest beach?

From the end of April to the end of October, a shuttle connects the campsite to Pampelonne beach several times a day, passing by the SPAR supermarket. Departure from the campsite approximately every 45 minutes.

Are the outdoor pools heated?

The outdoor aquatic areas are heated throughout the season, to a minimum temperature of 23°. This temperature often goes up thanks to sunshine.

Are swimming shorts allowed in the pools?

We tolerate swimming shorts in the outdoor aquatic area. However, for the spa area, only swimming trunks are allowed.

Is the swimming pool supervised by a lifeguard?

Lifeguards are present and monitor the aquatic area, but children’s swimming REMAINS UNDER THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS.

Are there shops on the campsite?

You will find at the campsite: a restaurant “Le jardin des pins”, a snack bar “la paillotte salée”, a bar, and a glacier “la paillotte sucrée”. Just 500m away, you can also enjoy a SPAR supermarket for your extra shopping, as well as a newsagent.

What time does the restaurant open?

The restaurant “Le jardin des pins” is open from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for breakfast, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. for lunch, and from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for dinner.


The snack “La paillote salée” is open: April-May-June: 12 p.m.-6:30 p.m. July-August: 12 p.m.-10 p.m. September-October: 12 p.m.-6:30 p.m.

Is it possible to book a stay including meals?

You can include a half-board option during your stay at the price of (2024 prices):

– €30/day for a person over 12 years old.

– €19/day for a child aged 4 to 12.

– €7/day for a child aged 2 to 4 years old.

How do I book a table?

You can book a table either on site at the restaurant or by telephone on 04 94 55 90 72.


In high season, reservations are strongly recommended.

Do you offer takeaways?

La “Paillotte salée” snack offers a selection of takeaway dishes (burgers, salads, etc.).

From what age can my child go to the spa facilities?

Access to the spa & wellness area is authorized from the age of 18.

What kind of payment do the restaurant accept?

The restaurant “Le jardin des pins” accepts cash, ANCV holiday vouchers and credit cards.

Can I bring my pet to the restaurant?

Animals are allowed at the restaurant, but only on the terrace and they must be kept on a leash.


The dogs are not allowed near the pools and at the supermarket.

Do I have to pay a deposit before renting a mobil home or a pitch?

No, no damage deposit is requiered at your arrival.

What are the possible payment methods for the stay?

You can pay for your stay at Les Tournels campsite in cash, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), American express, bank transfer, Paypal, ANCV holiday voucher.

When do I have to pay the balance of the stay?

The balance of the stay must be paid a maximum of 30 days before your arrival. For the last minute reservations, the entire payment is required during the booking.

Is the campsite registered with VACAF (a state body which provides support with holiday costs)?

No, the campsite is not VACAF approved. We only accept French “chèques vacances”.

What time is the check in for the mobil homes and pitches?

Arrivals for accommodation are at 5 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. For pitches, arrivals are at 12 p.m. and departures before 12 p.m.

How do I get to the campsite?

The campsite is located on Route de Camarat 83350 in Ramatuelle. The campsite GPS coordinates are:

What are the opening hours of the welcome desk?

The reception is open:

  • April to end of June: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • July-August: 8 a.m.-9 p.m.

  • September-October: 8 a.m.-8 p.m.
