What is the size of the pitches?

Our pitches have a surface area of, on average, between 80 m² and 100 m². They provide for the accommodation of up to 6 people & 1 vehicle. They all have a 6-amp electrical connection (with water and sewerage facilities for an extra charge).

Are barbecues permitted on the pitches?

Charcoal barbecues are not permitted on the campsite – only gas or electric barbecues are allowed.

Can we hire fridges for the pitches?

You can hire a fridge through our partner organisation. Information is available from the campsite reception on +33 (0)4 94 55 90 90.

How many sanitary blocks are there on the campsite?

There are 6 sanitary blocks available for your use: these include sanitary facilities for the physically disabled, nursery facilities and indeed others.

Can I choose my pitch?

When making your booking, you can submit your preferences. We try to meet your request(s) as far as possible, dependent upon our booking schedule and availabilities. However, we cannot guarantee that your wishes will be fulfilled.

Is bedding supplied in the mobile homes?

You will find pillows, duvets and mattress protectors for all holidaymakers. Bedding and sheets are included in some accommodation (Cottage Riviera/Cottage Mahoé/Cottage Calypso/the Cottages Premium). However, there is an extra cost for sheets in other holiday rentals of €12/set.

Are the holiday-rental kitchens equipped?

You will have hob rings and a dishwasher (although only in the Cottage Riviera/Cottage Mahoé/Cottage Calypso and Cottages Premium). There is a microwave, fridge-freezer and crockery for the number of people that the mobile home can accommodate. You will find an equipment inventory in each holiday rental.

Do the holiday rentals have facilities for babies?

Only for the Cottage Riviera/Cottages Mahoé/Cottages Calypso/the Cottages Premium, but you will be able to hire a baby kit (bed, high chair and bath) from reception for €4/day.

Is the accommodation air-conditioned?

Some accommodation has air conditioning (Cottage Hélios, Cottage Safari, Cottage Soléo, Cottage Azur, Cottage Riviera, Cottage Mahoé, Cottage Calypso and the Cottages Premium).

Is holiday-rental cleaning included within the cost?

No, cleaning is only included for the Premium accommodation. However, if you do not wish to do the cleaning yourself, you may choose the end-of-stay cleaning package for €85.

Do mobile homes have a Wi-Fi connection?

The Wi-Fi network is available solely at reception and the bar. To have access to the Internet anywhere else, you are able to subscribe to an extra Internet package (you can consult the tariffs at reception).

Is it possible to pitch a tent on a holiday-rental pitch?

No.

How frequent are activities and entertainment?

There are activities on offer daily, in equal measure during the day and evening.

Does the campsite have playgrounds for children?

We have laid out several playgrounds on the campsite, so that your children may have fun at all times.

Do you accept animals on the campsite?

Animals can stay with you in the mobile homes for an extra charge of €6 per night.

Is there sports equipment available on the campsite?

Go to La Paillotte (“The Straw Hut”) where our activity leaders will lend you tennis rackets, crazy-golf clubs, basket balls, footballs or other sports equipment. You are even able to hire bicycles to go for a bicycle ride.

Does the campsite have a launderette?

We have laid out a laundry area comprising washing machines and a tumble dryer (with washing machines being €6 and tumble dryers €3.50 per cycle).

From what age can my child participate in the campsite’s children’s club.

Our campsite offers 4 children’s clubs encompassing ages 0 to 17.

Does the campsite have a bus so as to visit the nearest beaches?

In the high season, there is a shuttle bus several times a day from the campsite to Pampelonne beach, via the grocery.

Are the outdoor pools heated?

Our outdoor aquatic areas are heated throughout the entire season?

Are swimming shorts permitted in the pools?

We allow swimming shorts in the outdoor aquatic area. In contrast, for the balneotherapy area only swimming trunks are permitted.

Is there a lifeguard on hand to monitor activity in the pool?

There are no lifeguards to monitor swimming and such activity is the responsibility of all parents.

Are there shops on the campsite?

You will find a restaurant, a snack bar, a bar and an ice-cream seller. However, we have thought of everything. Only 500 metres away you are able to make the most of a grocery for any additional shopping you need, and a tobacconist’s/newsagents open 7 days a week.

What time does the restaurant open?

The Le Jardin des Pins (“The Pine Garden”) restaurant is open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The La Paillotte (“The Straw Hut”) snack bar is open all day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Is it possible to book a stay including meals?

You are able to include a half-board meal formula, during your stay, for the price of:

– €22/day for one person and for those over 12 years

– €15/day for a child from 4 to 12 years

– €7/day for a child from 2 to 4 years

How do I book a table?

To book a table at the restaurant, either do so at the restaurant or call us on +33 (0)4 94 79 83 80.

Do you offer takeaways?

Go to La Paillotte for our selection of takeaways.

From what age is my child able to use the balneotherapy area (Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, and other facilities)?

The access to the balneotherapy area is allowed from aged 18.

What means of payment do you accept at the restaurant?

We accept cash, cheques, Chèques-Vacances (holiday vouchers issued by the French ANCV – the National Holiday Vouchers Agency) and bank cards.

Can I bring my animal companion to the restaurant?

Animals are permitted but only on the restaurant terrace.

Is it necessary to pay a damage deposit before taking possession of the holiday rental or pitch?

A damage deposit will be requested of you upon arrival.

What are the possible means of payment for the stay?

You can pay for your stay at the Les Tournels campsite in cash, by bank card (Visa and Mastercard), American express, bank transfer, PayPal, Chèques-Vacances or cheques.

When should we pay the balance of the stay?

The stay must be paid for in full no less than 30 days before you arrive.

Is the campsite registered with VACAF (a state body which provides support with holiday costs)?

No we are not registered with VACAF. In terms of similar forms of payment, we only accept Chèques-Vacances.

What time can we take possession of the holiday rental or the pitch?

You can arrive at your accommodation from 5 p.m. onwards, and you must leave before 10 a.m. Solely for pitches, arrivals take place at 12 noon and departures at 12 noon.

How do I get to the campsite?

The campsite is located on Route de Camarat 83350 in Ramatuelle. The campsite GPS coordinates are:

What are the opening hours for the campsite?

The reception is open:

  • April to June: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • July-August: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • September-October: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

  • November to March: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)
